I was debating between the Giant OCR1 and the Specialized Allez Elite. In the end I went with the Allez because of its better quality frame. Basically the same cost $, differences were the OCR1 had better components and a better initial wheel set. The Allez had a better frame and I did have to upgrade the wheel set for a little more. In the long run, I figure I can upgrade components later on and I plan to keep this frame for a while.
Specialized Allez Elite
Red/White Aluminum frame, Zert inserts in the fork and the carbon seat post for dampened vibration. Shimano 105 gear set and ultra light race wheel set.
