I biked from Sac to Davis yesturday after work in 100+ degree heat w/ poor air quality, call me crazy!

average spd: 19-20 mph.
time: 1 hr 20 min.
fell over: twice
wrong turn: twice
experience: priceless : )
So tired I can't think straight forgive the fragmented sentences. 2nite junior high overnight lock-in 10:30 pm to 9 am. Please pray for me ....hahaha I think I'm delirious. Will crash 4 a bit after work.
