Happy Birthday Grandma!

Last Sunday my family celebrated my Grandmother's 80th Birthday at DPCC (Del Paso Country Club). I was surprised to see so many relatives that I have not seen in a while, There was about 90 guests from both sides of the family. I got to catch up w/ my other cousins and found out that my cousin Candice is 3 mo. pregnant. The newly re-landscaped golf course that they have been working on for the past year looks really beautiful.

Set Menu: Stuffed chicken w/ asparagus, roasted red peppers, cheese, and prosciutto all rolled up w/ a light tangy orange sauce. Accompanied by a side of rice pilaf and a sliced carrot for garnish.
