Friday Davis Move - After work on Friday needed some shut eye so I took a nap, I went down to Davis to help my friend Julia move into her new apt with Jerry, Peter, and Jon. We met her roommate Heather and bbq @ Jon's afterwards and watched "She's the One" a romantic comedy which tells the story of two brothers search for love and happiness.
Saturday Party - 8 am Morning ride w/ Jerry, Jerry 20 miles/ Darren 28 miles. Took Marissa to the airport, went swimming at coonie pool for an hr. Then went to Costco for lunch(polish dog & drink $1.50) and pick up supplies for the Sept. Babies Bday and TIGS EOY party. Sonja, Jeannie, and I celebrated our birthdays at Jeannies club house. Albert bbq korean short ribs, Josh brought churchs chicken, Jeannie and Sonja had made salad, fresh fruit, quish & pin wheels. Todd & Tracy supplied the Kareoke and we played Apples to Apples, swimming and birthday cake, oh my! After party at jeannies w/ poker (Mr. Peter Chan emerged victorious). So, tired trying to keep my eyes open ; )
Sunday EOY Party - 10 am church, 12 dim sum(holiday villa), 1 pm apt to change & pick up chicken, 1:30 pick up chocolate truffle cake @ Ettorie's, 2 Ng's house to set up for TIGS End of the Year party. 30 min. power nap, 3:30 kids arrive, more swimming, basketball, ping pong, worship, speaker (Steven Yee on encouragement) Dinner - hotlinks, churchs chicken, korean bbq, salad,potstickers, sushi, fruits & veggies, chips, and cake. Appreciation, prayer, and share time for Ruth Kwong our beloved Sponsor who has served in the junior high ministry for over 7 years is now steping down to let others have the chance to step up and experience the Joy of youth ministry. We will all miss her : ( Clean up about 10 pm. Shuttle equipment to the church and drop off kids. Take a shower and hit my pillow at 12 pm.
Monday Gold Rush - 8 am clean apt and do laundry, 9 am ride out to Davis for brunch 10 am at Crepeville 17 miles. Jon, Josh, Carmen, Brian, Lorraine, Julia, Heather, Dave, Peter, Stephanie, and I (Hawaiian Crepe w/ Ham & Cheese, pineapple) yumm.. Julia gave me a ride home, took a shower and changed into my kung fu outfit, 12:45 headed out to old Sac for the annual Gold Rush 4 day event to help my parents at there cultural village 1-4 pm. We had chinese coligraph, chopstick lessons, tattoos, fortune telling, fan tan game, lion dance, and much much more.. 4:30 pm Break down and clean up village. Had dinner over at my parents place w/ other volunteers after repacking storage shed w/ props. (Pizza, salad, watermelon, and carmel apple pie al mode yumm) 8:30 Julia and I hang out and watch "The Classic" one of my favorite korean movies I highly recommend it if you like those kind of movies : ) Final resting place my bed 12 pm z~z~z~z~z

~ 45 total miles on the road bike and 1 swim in the pool and I still feel bad for eating so much.

WoW what a weekend! Pretty close but I think I still have you beat. LOL :P Monday seemed like a really fun day. I wish I was there to see all the fun and you guys dressing up. Old Sac was pretty neat place to visit.
