N82 E~ssentials

So after a couple of months of extensive testing of the new features on my new N82 smart phone. I have come to realize that there are a few accessories that come in handy in prolonging the life as well as keeping things together when traveling.

Proporta "Ted Baker" 6 Pack Charger ($59)
This comes in handy when there are no outlets around. It comes with multiple adapter for a variety of electronic devices (digital camera, cell phone, laptop) It also comes with a car charger to plug in while driving. The actual charger itself charges my phone about 2.5 times and it takes about 2 hours for a full charge.

Proporta Customized N82 Leather Case ($29)
I did extensive research on different types of phone cases and this one was perfect for the price. I didn't want something that was too bulky that wouldn't fit in my pocket or one that clips to your belt even though it does come with one you can attach. This one has a snug fit with a cut out for the camera on the back a spot for the 3.5 mm headphone jack on top and a magnetic button clasp that holds the cover secure. I have already dropped my phone a couple of times and I am so glad that I had this case to protect it.

Flexible and Versatile Gorrilla Tripod ($20)This is one of my most useful accessories, primarily used as my digital camera tripod that can clamp to almost anything and was a vital part of my proposal on the beach. It can also be used in my car as a GPS mount. I wrap one leg around the base of my rear view mirror and the other two legs wrapped around my GPS enabled N82. It has worked great so far because I can see it at eye level while driving as well as check my rear view mirror and I can hear the voice guided navigation clearly. The downside is you have to adjust it every time you put it on or if you need to use it as a camera tripod you have to take it off, it just might be an excuse to go out and buy another.

Proporta Clear Screen Protector ($5)

The screen protector is very important in keeping your screen scratch free when throwing it into your pants pocket or bag with other items that could dent or damage your phone. I personally haven't opened my new screen protectors yet because I still have the plastic on from the manufacturer when I first purchased it.

Jabra BT500 Bluetooth Headset ($70)Personally I like the idea of having a wireless headset versus having to deal with a bunch of wires. I have been using Jabra bluetooth for a couple of years now and the quality is good and easy to pair with my nokia device. As far as how it fits on my ear that's something that still needs to be worked out especially if I want to wear my sunglasses at the same time.
