Team #1 - (Jon, Asa, James, and Julia) Harvest Tart and Spam Masubi Team #2 - (Jean, Serene, Mark & Mark)

Serene's delicious harvest apple dumpling surprise.

A little greasy, nice pairing of maple sausage, onions, and apple. Very decorative plate with maple leaves and apple basket carving.

Judges - (Jeannie, Collin, Syd, Tracey, and Darren)

Guest Judge - Picacho I choose you!
(Gavin Louie)

"I thought both teams displayed excellent team work and resourcefulness with the materials given and funds available."

This is something we will definitely do again!
