Its race week again, The week I have the hardest time with. To rest/relax and sit still : ) I will probably do light work outs throughout the wk just to keep my body moving, but its very hard for me to go more than a day or two w/out working out. One thing I don't want to do is get injured or sun burned, So please use that sun block (preferably SPF 30-45.)
The myth of a carbo load the night doesn't necessary work and I believe you shouldn't do anything unusual or anything to heavy the night before. I like to go with simple breakfast: foods eggs, whole wheat toast, hash browns, cereal, or a protein shake. Things that will break down easy and pass through smoothly : )
Superman was Awsome, It met my expectations, the score brought back memories of the original Superman movies. Even though it was hit w/ heavy criticism from my friends. I thought it was enjoyable and I thought the actor who played Superman was perfect. Its definitely one that the girls will love, What girl wouldn't want to be Supermans girl friend.

Yeah, I dunno about Carbo loading, not sure if its worked or not for me ... but I do know, chillin' on the red meats a few days before a big physical activity (like a 11 mile hike) helps with overall energy level.
