Good morning all!
I have an exciting announcement, I now have a training partner for next years triathlon season. My friend Jon Yee just signed up last night at the "Off-season" training class for TBF racing to join the Spring TBF class which starts in Feb. Which includes a custom TBF jersey and two months of fun filled training as well as his first race in April "Ice-Breaker" If you were there last year you know why they call it the ice breaker, haha.
I've met some great people in my class's and the motivation to keep going, Its not only for the competitive atheletes, but for all athletic abilities and goals. The TBF organization is a great group of coachs that inspire you to live the multi-sport lifestyle to stay active and be healthy. Jon and I were talking last night and he said "Your always getting me into trouble ... First it was Mexico and now its Triathlon .... I wonder what will be next? stay tuned = o)
