Devo Fuel: {God's Plans Are Best}

"As for God, His way is Perfect" (Psalm 18:30)

Things don't always work out the way we or even the Apostle Paul planned. Paul was forbidden to preach in Asia Minor - because God was opening the door to Europe. Paul found himself in jail - and as a result the Philippian jailer and his family were converted. Paul had to flee Thessalonica and Berea, the next town, "received the word with all readiness" (Acts 17:11).

Hearing my friends mission experiences in Asia and all over the world has taught me that when you face uncertain times you are forced to rely on God more. These are the times that you really grow in your faith, whether out in the field or in the states God is always w/ you. It is this opportunity for you to seek God in all that you do and come to Him in prayer. Things don't always work out the way we plan. But if we commit our way to Christ and walk in obedience to Him, we discover His plans are always better.
