(Colin and Amy riding Tandem)

This weekend was a awsome weekend for some great training. To start off, Friday night I had the opportunity to run with my fellow MoaM group around southside park. We ran between 4-6 laps around the park (.8 miles per lap). This was great prep work for the Shamrock half marathon scheduled mid March, hopefully we will get a couple more runs in together before the race aside from our own personal training.
Saturday I went on a group ride with a bunch of friends, Thank you Tracey for organizing such a fun ride hopefully we will get together more often this summer for group rides. We met up at the Towe, Auto Museum at 10 am. We broke up into three groups (short, med., and long distance) The longer distance group road to CSUS, Sac State which was 11 miles one way. My total distance came in around 36 miles because I road from home and to Willies as well.
The purpose of this ride was to get some exercise fellowship and take those who have not experienced Willies before to there first encounter. Willies is a burger joint that has been around along time and are known for there delicious chilli burgers.
(First timers - Amy, Collin, and Dave)
(Willie's outside patio - Paul, Sonya, and Jon)
